All,
I had a client with major spam issues, where legitimate internal email was going to email called “Junk” rather than the inbox.
This turned out to be a setting on a phone rather than outlook
The solution:
- Go into the E-Mail app (on the phone)
- Press the Menu Key, select Settings, then General Settings
- Select Spam addresses and remove any addresses that should not be in there, such as your corporate domain.
